The LinkedIn pack PDF he already has
Never say
Any tool or vendor name (say "your workspace", "our company index"). An accept or reply rate as a promise. That Mike's counter-UAS lane went live 8 Sep without his sign-off. Seat pricing or the eight-seat scope.
01 Open, 30 seconds
"You've got the counts and the LinkedIn pack. Short version: your seat has two problems and only one of them is words. Connection request first, then the copy, then what I need from you."
02 The finding. He judges everything on this
"Every campaign in your workspace sends a blank connection request. All seventeen. Nothing we write is read until someone accepts, so 16% accept is not a copy problem. Lukasz is on 67% off the same blank request."
"Your own document has the fix. Section 01, the note you actually send: Gianluca at ESA, Şeref at Selvi, Ryan at Ultra. All three accepted, all three went to a conversation. It's switched on nowhere. I want it on your seat this week, Lukasz as the control."
His seat Monday: 25 sent, 4 accepted, 13 messages, 0 replies. The zero is what copy fixes. The 16% is what the note fixes.
We have never run a connection note on this estate. Do not promise a number.
GET: a yes to switch the note on
03 The copy
His sequence is built from his own six emails and his section 01 messages.
Connect note near verbatim, company swapped. On accept his own line.
72 hours: one plain question about their work, nothing else, no Digica in it. His single highest-converting pattern.
168 hours: the opinion ask. "Your opinion rather than to sell you anything, ten minutes."
240 hours: close, nothing new claimed. Every step under four lines, no client named, no CE or FDA claim.
Sandra's from her eleven, stiffness kept on his own instruction. Søren unchanged, August pass already matches.
GET: sign-off on his. Ask if Sandra sees hers now (each seat owner agrees, his ground rule)
04 Rulings that are his. Put them, do not decide them
Ruling
The line
Mike and Lukasz have no writing on record. They hold 49 of the 117 interested replies.
"Recorded call, fifteen minutes each with me, I transcribe. A written sample comes back polished and sounds like nobody. Which do you want?"
Meta is live in Sandra Graphics EU, step 2. Meta is in his "pending my check" tier.
"One clause. Out, or cleared?"
"Intel's AI preferred supplier since 2019" is live on two of Rafał's.
"On the Intel lane it's Intel's own people, nothing disclosed. On Semiconductor EU it's proof to third parties. Jim said on 28 Aug Intel isn't cleared. Is it?"
"300+ deployments" in eleven campaigns. Brief says "300+ AI projects completed". Søren's own signature uses the banned phrase.
"Whose wording wins, yours or Søren's signature? I'll change eleven flows on your word, not before."
The two loosenings: size floor 50 to 11, and the signing group of titles not one title.
"Niche 1 US is 83 companies as filtered, 288 if the floor drops. Yes or no."
Section 07 governs email, the voice document governs LinkedIn.
"That's how I've read it. Confirm."
05 His new ask: "ramp up a few accounts"
"Ramp up a few accounts: which, and on which seats? Named target accounts like Søren's Ambarella and Infineon lanes, more seats, or more volume?"
Do not guess. A seat sends 200 invitations a week whatever the lanes. Søren already runs seven lanes on his 200.
More lanes on a seat changes who gets attention first, not the volume. More volume means more seats.
06 Still owed from him
The connection note switched on. His yes, today.
The fuller exclusion list before a single name is pulled. FLIR twice, Teledyne and T-Mobile turned up in samples.
The Silicon Labs dates for niche 4.
A yes from each seat owner, Jim and Mike first.
Which of Søren's 2026 examples are our copy, so they come out of the sourcebook.
07 Close
"This week: your note on, Lukasz as control, your sequence signed off, two fifteen-minute calls with Mike and Lukasz in the diary. Weekly report split by segment with the reason for every no, from the first week it runs."
08 If he says
He says
You say
"New copy will sort my accept rate."
"It can't. Blank request, nobody reads copy before they accept. The note moves accepts, the copy moves replies. Lukasz is the proof."
"Just use section 07 for LinkedIn too."
"Your own document says different instruments. The LinkedIn openers that worked are four lines, and section 07's no-favour close would kill the twenty-minute ask Søren's own messages use."
"83 companies is tiny."
"It's what your own standard needs. Proof chosen per company, so a pool you can research. Your words: agree a smaller pool rather than drop the standard. 288 if the floor drops."
"Did you find our clients?"
"Yes. FLIR twice, Teledyne, T-Mobile. Nothing gets pulled until your fuller list is in."
"Opgal?"
"One real overlap from your 31. On-target in Jim's niche 3 cell. It comes off our pull or we coordinate. Nothing else you emailed is in our pools."
"Why is Meta in Sandra's copy?"
"Written in August before your tiers. Step 0 of the same sequence already bans the name. One clause out on your word."
"Can niche 1 start this week?"
"Two gates, both yours: the exclusion list and your sign-off on the sequence."
"The emails are over 100 words."
"Section 07 says 90 to 100, the two you really sent are 124 and 132. Ours are 127 to 132. Each cuts to 100 by dropping its second sentence. Your call."
"Why didn't you write Mike's?"
"Nothing of his on record, your own document calls it the biggest gap. His live campaign runs on copy written for him, not from him. The call fixes that in fifteen minutes."

Niche 1 US: 83 on-target companies, 76 senior people on the signing titles; 288 companies with the wider floor. All niches and countries as filtered: 279 companies. Cold email: only Semiconductor sends (5,587 sent, 5 replies, 61% through), Medical paused at 99%, a 1,566-lead mixed segment sits in draft. Not yet audited against section 07. Do not raise unless he does.
